How do I create an account?
Register at toplad.in/register.
I have issues with login. What should I do?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen to reset your password, then log in with the new password. If you still face an issue, email info@toplad.in with the complete details, including your email address.
What should I do if I have trouble logging in?
Check that you are using the correct username and password. If the problem continues, call 9953155682.
How do I change my password?
Log in to your account and open the “Password Settings” tab in your profile.
How do I change my email address or mobile number?
Log in, open the Student Profile page and update your details in the “Profile” tab.
How do I find a particular faculty member?
Open Faculty from the menu and search for the faculty member you need.
How do I buy a product?
On any product page, choose the type (video or books) and the attempt, add the product to your cart, then register or log in to complete the purchase.
How do I print a receipt or view my order history?
Log in and open the “Order history” page. You also receive the order details by email when you place an order.
How do I report an issue on the website?
Email info@toplad.in with the complete details of the issue.
