What we do

TopLad is an online learning platform offering complete course videos exclusively for CMA, CS and CA exam preparation. Our faculty are highly experienced experts from all over India, and our preparation is exam-oriented: it follows the CMA, CS and CA syllabus and the pattern of previous years’ question papers.

We have a legacy of more than a decade, and the combined experience of our faculty is an added advantage for every student. The consistent efforts of our faculty have produced rank holders every year. The study material created by our development team covers the content relevant to the CMA, CS and CA exams.

We work constantly to give students a unique learning experience and to help them reach their goal of becoming a CMA, CS or CA.

Leadership

Rohit Gupta – Founder and CEO

Rohit is a technology thought leader and an entrepreneur at heart, with over 20 years of enterprise software experience. While living in the USA he worked with companies such as Deloitte, Pfizer, Merrill Lynch (Bank of America) and Delta Airlines, where he designed and developed high-end enterprise applications and maintained and enhanced high-traffic public-facing websites.

With a Master’s in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Rohit is passionate about building engineering teams that deliver end-to-end solutions. His favourite pastimes are philosophising about software development and thinking of innovative ways to solve real-world problems.

Filip Fontaine – Managing Director

Filip Fontaine is a US-European digital management expert with close to 20 years of experience in large companies such as eBay, Kering, TUI Travel and MarineMax. He led the digital transformation of the last three. He works with the Mindrops client base in Europe and North America to bridge the gap between their product and market vision and the expert, outsourced IT and web services Mindrops has under contract in India.

Filip has lived and worked in Silicon Valley, New York, Florida and Europe, and is a native of Brussels, Belgium. He holds an MBA from IESE (Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa) in Barcelona, Spain, and a Master in European and International Law from KU Leuven. He speaks the major European languages fluently.

Sanjeev Kumar – Chief Financial Officer

Sanjeev Kumar is an established finance leader with over 11 years of experience in finance and accounting, including shareholder value creation, corporate governance, business partnering, treasury and funding, investor relations, cost management, taxation, financial accounting and reporting.

He has worked with MSME and corporate clients. At Mindrops, he establishes financial policies and procedures, directs financial strategy and is responsible for budgeting, auditing and treasury. He holds an advanced degree in commerce and a CMA certification.

Meghna Dahiya – Head of Human Resources

Meghna Dahiya is a Human Resources manager with more than 7 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, FMCG, RMG, IT, banking and insurance. She oversees the HR department and implements programmes and changes that improve the company’s overall performance.

She has an MBA focused on finance and human resources, strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and a proven track record of managing human resources and leading teams.

Avinash Sharma – Head of Marketing

Avinash Sharma is an enthusiastic professional who implements marketing that grows brand presence, improves brand recall and increases customer retention. He has worked with clients in travel, real estate, retail, hospitality and education, on more than 50 small and large projects including Symbiosis and Chandigarh University.

With his expertise in digital branding and online promotion, he leads marketing and drives digital growth. He enjoys travelling and ideation, and drinks tea to power his creative mind.
