CA, CS & CMA Student Daily Routine Time Table: When preparing for a highly competitive exam such as CA, CS, or CMA, discipline is a must! And, that discipline can only be achieved through a fixed daily routine time table.
It is always recommended that students formulate their own study schedule as they know themselves the best but, many students find it troublesome to create a daily routine timetable that they can consistently follow.
That is why we are here to help!
The key to having a schedule that you follow every day without fail is that it must be realistic. This means not sitting down with a pen and paper, and writing down a 12-hour study time table for yourself which doesn’t include any breaks and time to do anything else.
But, creating one which will offer sufficient time to complete all your studying and other activities you enjoy with enough breaks.
So, with that said, here is a 12-hour study timetable that you can easily follow!
CA, CS & CMA Student Daily Routine Time Table
Wake up!: You can choose any time you would like to start your day with but here for reference, we recommend 7 am.
After you wake up, give yourself some time. Take an hour!
From 7:00 – 8:00 don’t have anything planned and just relax. Give your brain time to wake up and feel energized. Forcing yourself up to do tasks the moment you wake up is never productive. Giving yourself time will also help you feel more positive when you start your day. Relax and sip coffee!
Morning Walk: Physical activity is mandatory for us humans to stay healthy. A 30-minute walk in the morning will freshen you up and get those happy hormones going. Remember, this is a part of your preparation for nailing your exams. A healthy mind and body is the key to achieving results.
Between 8:00 – 9:00 complete your morning routine such as brushing your teeth, washing your face, etc, and going out for a walk.
Breakfast & Shower: you can utilize this next hour for having your breakfast and taking a shower. Now you are fully ready to begin your study session number 1.
Study Session 1: 10 am – 2 pm
Now, you have 4 hours of concentrated studying to do. Here you can watch video classes and make notes or if your exams are nearing, start this study session every day with a mock test paper. You can pick one subject for every day or divide this time between two different subjects.
Take breaks in between! Breaks are extremely important and will only allow you to concentrate better. Take 10 mins breaks to walk around, stretch or snack on something.
To maintain your weight through this journey of preparing for your exams, make sure you snack on fruits instead of junk. They will also help you be more focused and energized.
Lunch & Power Nap: It’s time to reward yourself for completing study session 1 with a power nap. You can nap for 20 – 30 minutes. Also, have a healthy lunch! Take an extra break for 30 minutes. Keep it as an optional break that you can take or not take according to how you feel that day.
Study Session 2: 2:30 – 6 pm
Here you can study more subjects that you couldn’t before. Take online classes, watch video lectures, and study notes. Also, watch YouTube videos for a more thorough understanding. Utilize this time effectively for completing all your goals for the day.
Sports or Fun Activities: You have completed 7+ hours of studying and it’s time to break away from your daily routine timetable. Go outside the house! It would be best to play sports every day in the evening. Do something that requires you to be active. Join a sports complex or a gym. Hang with your friends or spend time with your family. Make time for hobbies and things you love doing.
Dinner: Have your dinner around 8 pm or 9 pm. After that, set an hour for reading.
9:30 – 10:30 read about topics relevant to your exam or field of study. Read the chapters in your syllabus. This will help you gain extra knowledge which will be really beneficial and answer questions your competitors won’t know about.
After reading, you can begin with your normal night routine as you wish. Make sure to sleep timely to get at least 7 hours of sleep daily.
Repeat this student daily routine timetable every day for results. You can adjust the timings according to yourself or formulate another timetable by taking ideas from this. This kind of timetable will be easy for anyone to follow as it is very realistic and provides you with time to do the things you love.
